Breaking All the Rules (1985)

Three idiot jewel thieves steal a gem that looks like it came out of a gumball machine and hide it inside a stuffed animal at an amusement park. We, however, are more interested in what’s stuffed into the blouses of Carolyn Dunn and Rachel Hayward. These stacked young ladies are the true attractions on the midway--and, fortunately, they win the stuffed animal with the jewel, which means we get to follow their antics throughout Breaking All the Rules (1985), an amazing ’80s teen comedy.
