But then I heard that the latest news on the romantic comedy is that it will be rated R. Oh my. Well that changes things.
Will Gluck is directing this highly-anticipated romantic comedy titled Anyone But You. He has directed hits like Easy A and Friends with Benefits, so he's not a stranger to making a cheekier romantic comedy than most.
Not only has it been leaked that the film has "a lot of nude scenes", but the internet has been abuzz with gossip about the film's stars. She is co-starring in the movie alongside Top Gun: Maverick star Glen Powell. The pair have been filming in Australia and they appear to be...well...close. VERY close. That makes sense to me considering they have to be naked together in a movie. Undressing for your coworker is bound to make the two of you intimate (with consent and intimacy coordinators, of course! Don't try that one on your own!).
There are rumors online about the two being very close and that is partially due to the chemistry they clearly have in photos that show the two hot stars hanging out in their swimsuits together. The pair were together during a screening of the movie at CinemaCon and they seemed especially flirty. In fact, Glen told the press that he loves it when Sydney calls him "Top Gun". Well, who wouldn't?! That's pretty sexy.
What is this film about? None of us know yet. It also does not seem to matter as much as the fact that this R-rated flick has been confirmed by those who watched the screening at CinemaCon to have nude scenes. That is quite literally all I need to know!
I've been a fan of Syd's early on. If you all know me, then you know that I have been singing her praises ever since watching her act in the Netflix show Everything Sucks! It has been a delight to watch this clear star breakout into a mainstream sex symbol who has no problems being young, hot, and talented. This all leads me to say that I firmly believe that Sydney Sweeney is our next Marilyn Monroe.
I don't know if we've even had a Marilyn since Marilyn. This movie will show us how well Sydney Sweeney can handle comedy. If she can do comedy, then I give her the crown. Marilyn was effortless in comedies and she used her sexuality in a way that we've rarely ever seen onscreen and haven't quite seen since.
I can't wait to see the Euphoria star makes us laugh and make the screen sizzle with chemistry and nudity. This romantic comedy is clearly going to get both men and women sitting in the theater to watch Sydney's suck sacks!
