Mid-April is typically a time when movie releases slow down in anticipation of the big summer blockbuster spate on its way in May, but there have been a few movies released on April 17 throughout film history that havesome great nudity! Join us as we look back at five of the best!
2015: The Road Within
Though she had been acting for several years at this point, many people weren't familiar with Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz's daughter Zoë Kravitz prior to the release of this indie drama, but her topless debut in this flick helped skyrocket her visibility and popularity. The film centers around a troubled young man with Tourettes named Vincent (Robert Sheehan) whose mother dies and whose politician father dumps him in a mental health facility so as not to cause problems with his campaign. Here he meets Zoë's character Marie, a young woman afflicted with anorexia, and Alex (Dev Patel) a young man with very serious OCD.
The three embark on a road trip that will enable Vincent to give his mother's ashes the goodbye they deserve, and along the way, he and Marie make a trip to some tall grass to lose their virginities! We get a quick look at Zoë's breasts just after she and Sheehan get busy...
Along with another longer and much better look when she flashes Patel as he peeps on their post-coital activities...
2015: Monsters: Dark Continent
Gareth Edwards' 2010 debut film Monsters was a thrilling take on the alien invasion thriller, embedding you with a pair of survivors as they make their way across a post-apocalyptic landscape. This follow-up may have ditched a lot of the original's artistry in favor of more blood and gore, but they also added a much needed element which was absent from the original: nudity!
Just shy of the seven minute mark, we get a quick flash of left breast from Lulu Dahl as she gets banged by a guy who is having a conversation with a dude outside the window...
Eight minutes later we get adose of fun bags from Jacqueline Hicksand Amanda Kaspar as hookers having a coke-fueled party with some soldiers! Amanda, the blonde, briefly bares her breasts as a guy dumps champagne down her front, but Jacqueline goes the extra mile, baring all three of her beautiful Bs when she ditches her thong!
2009: Crank 2: High Voltage
One of the great action movie series of the aughts, the Crank films took excess to a whole other level, particularly in this absolutely bonkers sequel! Jason Statham's Chev Chelios is backin action when his heart is replaced by an artificial heart that needs to constantly be recharged by increasingly dangerous activities. Amy Smart returned for the sequel as his long-suffering love interest Eve, who jumps on a cop's back to save her man, and ends up showing some lower lippage in the process...

Fifteen minutes later, Smart and Statham get busy on the track during a horse race, much to the delight of the crowd in attendance, and we get a quick flash of ass from her as the two roll around...
There's also a very bizarre sequence where Chelios gets stuck in traffic due to a strike by a bunch of porn industry folks—including Ron Jeremy and Jenna Haze! When Chev tells Haze to get off the hood of his car, she taunts him by shaking her breasts in his face!
1998: Nightwatch
This film answers the age old question of what would happen if mortuary attendant Ewan McGregor were framed by detective Nick Nolte when the dick places McGregor's semen in the body of a dead prostitute. A remake of a Danish thriller from several years earlier—which starred GoT's Nicolaj Coster-Waldau in the McGregor role—this thriller didn't exactly light the box office on fire, but thanks to committed performances by McGregor, Nolte, and Patricia Arquette, it manages to be better than your average English-language remake.
This is aided, in part, by Alix Koromzayas the aforementioned dead woman, whose bare buns can be seen as Arquette and Nolte investigate the crime scene...
1998: Homegrown
Finally on this day 21 years ago, the unlikely trio ofRyan Phillippe,Hank Azaria,andBilly Bob Thornton teamed up as workers on a pot farm whose bossis murdered, leading the three of them to take over his business enterprises. Of course, nothing goes to plan, but that's the fun of a movie like this, isn't it? Part of the mini-stoner comedy wave that swept through theyear 1998 (including Half Baked and Bongwater), this one stands out thanks to a nude supporting turn from the always sexy Kelly Lynch!
We get our first look at Kelly's boobs and buns as Azaria helps her towel off after a shower at the 13 minute mark...
