Jill Haworth Sexy

Director Otto Preminger was the first to notice the beauty of British babe Jill Haworth, happening upon her photo from the Corona Stage School. Looking to cast a fresh face, he gave Jill the part of Karen in his Oscar-winning film Exodus, starring Paul Newman and Eva Marie Saint, a part that won Jill a US Golden Globe nomination for Most Promising Newcomer. Preminger cast her in two more films—as Lalage Menton in The Cardinal (1963) with John Huston, and as Annalee in In Harm’s Way (1965), starring John Wayne and Kirk Douglas. In this black-and-white film, Jill’s character emerges from the water in her underwear, full-cut panties and a bullet-bra indicative of the time—and because that white bra is wet, we get a tiny taste of what’s underneath, and it’s dark nipples and areolas. The tiny tease, standing at only 5’2”, also tried her luck on the stage, and played Sally Bowles in the musical Cabaret with Joel Grey, a play she acted in for two years. She returned to her native England and took up parts in several horror flicks, including as Ellen Grove in It!(1967) with Roddy McDowall, Horror House (1969) as Sheila with Frankie Avalon, as Rose Mason in Tower of Evil (1972), and as Lauren in The Freakmaker (1974). Charming Jill also popped up in primetime TV series from time to time, with parts in 12 O’Clock High from 1964-1965, Run for Your Life and Rawhide in 1965, Mission: Impossible in 1970, Bonanza in 1971, Baretta in 1976, and Vega$ in 1979. The lovely Jill passed away in January 2011 at the age of 65.
