Spunky humor and innocent sexiness — that’s Sue Ane Langdon for you. Born in New Jersey, Sue And was raised by her mother, who was a singer, in New York, Michigan, and Oregon. Sue Ane started acting in local and school productions in her youth before attending North Texas State University and the University of Idaho. After graduation, Sue Ane headed to New York City to pursue her dreams of stardom, landing a job as a singer at the Radio City Music Hall and later as a performer in Broadway musicals. From there, she headed to Vegas as part of a comedy act. There she met future hubby Jack Emrek, who hooked her up with Hollywood. She took off her top in A Fine Madness (1966), but you’ll not make a fine mess because the mad cameraman shot only her back. She faired better in The Rounders (1965), but she was such a square that she hired a body double. There’s nothing funny about that. At least she gave us a generous peek at her cleavage in the Western comedy The Cheyenne Social Club (1971).
