From Susan Scott to Nieves Navarro, it doesn’t matter which credit this Spanish señorita uses, because she’s stunning no matter what—especially when she chooses to go bare on the big screen, which happens with some amount of frequency. Nieves (the name she was actually born with) started her career back in 1965 with a bit part in the joint Spanish/Italian production Totò d’Arabia, and stayed on the cinematic (and often skinematic) scene through the ‘70s, with a few projects into the ‘80s, appearing in over 40 features, mostly Italian. She’s known for being one of the first female stars of the Spaghetti Western genre, cowboy films made in Italy, and appeared in A Pistol for Ringo (1965), The Return of Ringo (1965), The Big Gundown (1966), and Long Days of Vengeance (1967), among others. In 1972, she married Italian director and producer Luciano Ercoli and starred in many of his projects, including The Forbidden Photos of a Lady Above Suspicion (1970), Death Walks on High Heels (1971), Death Walks at Midnight (1972), The Magnificent Dare Devil (1973), and The Rip-Off (1977). Naughty Nieves was also known for her roles in erotic films and sex comedies, and even has three Emmanuelle titles on her resume.
