Beatie Edney comes from an acting family. She's the daughter of British actress Sylvia Syms who played Queen Elizabeth in The Queen (2006). But for our money, Sylvia's crowning achievement was giving birth to the British beauty that is Beatie Edney. Beatie made her film debut as an eight year old in A Day at the Beach (1970), but didn't return to acting until fifteen years later. Luckily, by that time she was old enough to show off her beach body, and a whole lot more. The queen's daughter ran into the princes of the universe who were born to be kings when she starred in the sci-fi sword fighting classic Highlander (1986) as the doting wife of the immortal "Connor MacLeod."
