Long ago, the masters of Skin Central decided to create a “close enough” category, a classification of actresses who nearly shed the threads but came up just short. It could be a bikini scene or a low-cut top or a terribly teasing showertime stint, but the goods were always just shy of being truly unleashed. One gal who flirted with this line more than once was a mid-'70s heart-throbber by the name of Charlene Dallas. You know how they say everything’s bigger in Texas? Well, we never got to find out in Charlie’s case because, as far as we can tell, she’s never once unleashed the goods! Still, she came fairly close in movies like Rancho Deluxe (1975) and The Great Bank Hoax (1977), plus she’s amazingly beautiful, so voila! Charlene earns a spot among the world’s loveliest lasses here at Mr. Skin. Wherever Ms. Dallas is these days, we hope she’s suitably flattered by the inclusion.
