With her blonde hair, her slim waist, and her bountiful bust, Lynn Theel was made to play a hot cheerleader, a naughty babysitter, or a girl-next-door who happens to have a wild side. Lucky for us, Lynn let her wild side out on screen. Born on March 5, 1951, in Detroit, Michigan, Lynn started performing at an early age. She danced and sang in high school bands and went on to attend the esteemed Lee Strasberg Theatrical Institute. Lynn had a varied and adventurous career at first, working as a cabaret singer in Germany and a horse groomer in the States before she earned the title of "Playmate of the Month" in the July 1975 issue of Playboy. Onscreen, she got her start with a small role as "Party Girl #7" in the Gary Busey surfing flick Big Wednesday (1978), her career really took off after her appearance in the feature film Fyre (1978). By 1980, Lynn had appeared in two science fiction productions, first in Without Warning, and then in Humanoids from the Deep, which featured her only notable Skin Scenes, including a topless shot while she is being assaulted by a seaweed-drenched “humanoid” on a beach. Her career took a major hiatus, and she didn’t appear in anything again until 1989, when she took a role in the Ginger Lynn Allen-helmed Hollywood Boulevard II, which would prove to be her final film.
