Heidi von Palleske started her career out the right way, with a full-frontal performance in 1988’s Dead Ringers. Sadly, not many people seemed to notice, and the following year, she was demoted to the bit part of “Hooker” in Renegades (1989). Somehow, Heidi fought back, though, and started landing better parts in such semi-notable productions as White Light (1991), Shadows of the Past (1991), and Deceived (1991), as well as in the hit mini-series J.F.K.: Reckless Youth before taking on the leading role in 1993’s Ramona! Since then, the pretty little Canuck has balanced her time between made-for-TV fare like Radiant City, Love and Betrayal: The Mia Farrow Story (1995), and Fatal Vows: The Alexandra O’Hara Story (1994), and more cinematic fare such as The Boy’s Club (1996), Sabotage (1996), and Falling Fire (1997). Heidi returned to her Skinful ways in 1999 with a supporting role in the not-quite-a-hit Roddy Piper/C. Thomas Howell picture Shepherd, whose only saving grace was the presence of her perky pimples out and about on screen. Heidi ended the 90s (and her skincareer) by getting naked in Cybercity (1999) where we see her glorious globes while she and a guy roll around on the bed doing the nasty. Heidi still works regularly in movies and TV. She has also written two novels and a book of poetry. When the sexy redhead isn’t acting or writing she volunteers at a non-profit organization that she co-founded that helps the victims of mining and asbestos injuries. Since we haven’t seen much skin since the 90s, Mr. Skin isn’t holding his breath for more, but Heidi and her hangers have left us with a cyberstiffy!
