We at Skin Headquarters hesitate to brand Amy Robinson an “actress,” but not because she isn’t talented. It’s just that she hasn’t acted all that much; her fame lies in her producing abilities. She has served as a producer for such films as After Hours (1985), Running on Empty (1988), With Honors (1994) and From Hell (2001). If that wasn't enough talent on display, she also wrote the screenplay for the 1983 film Baby, It’s You, which propelled Rosanna Arquette’s career to what it is today. Amy actually only acted for about a year, first appearing in the made-for-TV movie A Brand New Life and subsequently in Martin Scorsese’s Mean Streets, both in 1973. Of course, she wouldn’t be here at MrSkin.com if she hadn’t shown some flesh, which she most certainly did as Harvey Keitel’s paramour in that crime-riddled movie. In fact, we would challenge anyone to find a chewier set of nipples, as well as a fluffier muff on any other actress from the early 1970s. While that particularly skin-ful outing was the only time that we know of where Amy showed us any of her 3 B's, she continued to act in a few more roles before transitioning to sexy producer. Look for Amy in the TV series' Get Christie Love! and Casualty where she played Julie.
