Alba Parietti is one of Italy's hottest actresses, although she got off to a slow start. The Turin-born beauty made her big debut in 1981 with an uncredited role in Miracoloni (1981), had a bit of a pause, then did another uncredited role in Italian Boys (1983). She finally got a credit as Mystyria in the TV series Giallo in 1987, and her first real break when she was cast in the part of Daria in the English-language Italian film Bye Bye Baby starring Carol Alt and Brigitte Nielsen, getting all breathless and partially naked during an against-the-wall sex scene (Alba did, not Brigitte).
