In the tradition of Saoirse Ronan, Jennifer Lawrence and Jodie Foster, svelte Spencer Locke is a blonde beauty who got her start as a child actress. In 2005, the ambitious ingénue scored recurring roles on the Disney Channel’s Phil of the Future and the Nickelodeon series Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide. Years later, she played the seductive Kylie on the ABC sitcom Cougar Town (2009-2010). Ms. Locke also moved to movies with the humorous horror flick Detention (2011), wherein she displayed her big screen appeal and bikini body! The busy blonde then bounced back to the boob tube to star in the drama Babysitter’s Black Book (2015).
