Biography

You probably know Venezuelan actress Elise Avellan and her twin sister, Electra Avellan, as the "Crazy Babysitter Twins" from Grindhouse (2007) or as very naughty nurses "Mona and Lisa" from Machete (2010) and Machete Kills (2013). That's thanks to their uncle, writer-director Robert Rodriguez who jump-started their careers by casting the girls in his films. Electra often appears solo in horror films, but Elise has yet to act in a movie without her sister.
