Bronzed beauty Rosaria della Femmina and her brown-tipped boobs both debuted in the 1973 skin-filled giallo flick Torso. Then the bare-breasted babe disappeared for five years, only to resurface in the Greek crime thriller Operation Orient (1978). Her final performance to date came alongside legendary Italian leading man    Marcello Mastroianni in the Golden Palm-nominated war drama La pelle (1981).
