Although it’s set in Japan and Chicago, the straight-to-DVD fright flick The Grudge 3 (2009) was filmed in the Eastern European tax haven Bulgaria. That turns out to be a good thing because, even though there are no shots of the Sears Tower or Lake Shore Drive, the movie does include the bush, butt, and boob of bare Bulgarian babe Mihaela Nankova as a malevolent ghost pulls her into the bathtub. And if you look in your lap, you’ll see a bulge-area there too.
