What’s in a name? For blonde British babe Jane Deady, her name cursed her to be typecast as a “deady” (not the chicks selling grilled cheese sandwiches outside of the Bob Weir and Ratdog show). In the 1970 fright flick Cry of the Banshee, Jane plays a naked witch who is struck dead-y by a sword-wielding thug when her coven is raided by armed men. And considering that was the last movie she ever made, her career was struck deady too. At least we got to see her breasts.
