Biography

Before she was cast as Gudrun Lemcke Schmidt in the soap opera 2900 Happiness, award-winning German actress Karen-Lise Mynster appeared in dozens of films, including Skat det er din tur (1997), Små ulykker (2002), Tvilling (2003), and Sofie (1992), where she did one of several fully nude scenes. Aside from her not infrequent nudity, Karen-Lise has also racked up a Best Actress award at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival for her role in Lad de små børn (2004). But acting isn’t about awards, Ms. Mynster. It’s about the skynster.
