This heiress comes from one of the wealthiest and most powerful families in Europe--and yet, Clio Goldsmith thought nothing of performing in some of the wildest sexploitation films of the '70s and 80’s. Well, she's French, born and raised in Paris after all. Her father is Edward Goldsmith, a well-known and highly respected ecologist, and magazine publisher. Growing up in a prominent family meant she ran in some pretty exclusive circles. In 1982 she married Carlo Puri Negri, the heir to the vast Pirelli tire/auto fortune. Their relationship only lasted a few years. In 1990 she married British writer Mark Shand who is the brother of Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall (Charles, Prince of Wales’s wife).
