Mr. Skin is sure that somehow the extraordinary length of the film title Pornorama oder die Bekenntnisse der mannstollen Näherin Rita Brauchts (2007), is directly related to the lengths Sandra Ferrara went to in the film. Roughly translated to Pornorama, or the Confession of the man-like Seamstress Rita Brauchts, or known simply as Panorama in a bunch of different countries, the film is basically the German version of America’s Oscar-nominated film Boogie Nights (1997), but instead of focusing on the porn scene in the US, this one chronicles the Munich sex-film industry in the ‘70s. Sandra plays the character Elke, a woman totally comfortable in her bare skin—so much so that she has no problem giving her furry triangle a scratch as she passes by fully clothed bystanders, just before she cuts a slice of bread (no such thing as hand sanitizer in the ‘70s!). And speaking of the ‘70s, Mr. Skin reminds you that grooming practices were quite different back then, and Sandra’s big bush reflects that—it almost completely detracts from her topside two-some, a smallish but very perky set of breasts with pink nipples that are highlighted by some faint but visible tan lines. (Almost, but not quite—Mr. Skin admires the duo greatly.) Sadly, the sexy and uninhibited Sandra only appeared in one more acting project, as the simply named Woman in the short feature The Inside of Love (2010), a French film shot in English—although to be fair, the little movie did win a Golden Egg Award at the Reykjavik International Film Festival. Reykjavik is a long name.
