The daughter of Brazilian composer, conductor and pianist Laércio de Freitas was bound to go music but Thalma de Freitas is also a noted actress as well. A graduate of the Teatro Escola Macunaíma, Thalma’s stage debut was in a procduction of the musical Hair, which is known for nudity.
