The blonde beauty with a bad attitude and a badass body to match plays edgy characters, but offscreen she's known to be a sweetheart. Hailing from Thornhill, Toronto, Ontario Canada, with glowing hearts we rise for the one time child star who is all grown up these days. Lauren got her start in Canadian television as an eleven year old on Real Kids, Real Adventures, and hit the big screen alongside Jon Favreau two years later in the Brockton Blockbuster biopic Rocky Marciano (1999). After a brief run as Brooke Lanier on the EMT drama In a Heartbeat, Lauren landed the role that would make her a star, Paige Michalchuk on Degrassi: The Next Generation. Paige was the classic popular blonde girl who was unashamedly vicious to those on the lower rungs on the social ladder, though in classic teen drama fashion she went on become a more sympathetic character, eventually dealing with being sexually assaulted at a party and forced to testify in court, causing a bad car crash, surviving a school shooting that left future rap star Drake in a wheelchair, forming a band, and of course, exploring her budding bisexuality. That was Degrass must-see, since the lesbian lip locking is the sexiest thing we've gotten from Lauren in her entire career. Lauren moved on to play Sophie on The Strain, but made sure to reprise her Degrassi role in Drake's "I'm Upset" music video. We're upset that even while showing up as Rebecca in the not especially hot science drama, The Hot Zone, Megan Linderman in the queer telepath drama Impulse, and most offensively as naughty teacher Ms. Brenda in Netflix's Sex/Life, Lauren hasn't given us any nudity.
