Ode to Joy (2019)

It should come as no surprise to anyone that movie with the title Ode to Joy would start the incomparably beautiful and sultry Morena Baccarin as the lead.  Pretty much any movie or show she is in is a personal "ode to joy" for any person watching because she's a stick of dynamite on screen!  In this romantic comedy we follow Charlie (Martin Freeman), who has an incredibly rare health condition, specifically a neurological disorder that causes his to pass out whenever he feels strong emotions, even more specifically when he feels happiness.  Enter Francesca (Morena Baccarin), who walks into his quiet little life as a librarian, and immediately brings him to his knees, quite literally, with her charm and open flirtation.  As Charlie tries to openly jam down his happy feelings towards this new pixie girl in his life, he can't help but fall deeper and, unfortunately and quite literally at times, harder.  So as he can't hide his feelings, he feels it might be the safer move to not fall in love with her, continue his life of depriving himself of happiness, and maybe date someone who doesn't inspire so many fainting spells, like say Bethany (Melissa Rauch)?  Well as much as we agree that passing out sucks, we would pass out a hundred times a day if we get to see even just the slightest bit of cleavage that Morena Baccarin shows in this adorable rom-com.  Also, we get a quick peek at Melissa Rauch in some naughty deer print panties, trying to seduce Charlie in bed.  Hopefully Charlie stocks up on smelling salts because as adorable as Melissa is, we are going to go for team Morena and her million dollar smile, ourselves!
