Mr. Skin is a big fan of the forensics drama NCIS (2006), but imagine his surprise and disappointment when he learned that the title didn’t stand for “not clothed, intoxicatingly sexy.” Thankfully, the show sports foxy Filipina filly Liza Lapira to take care of the second half of that phrase. Raised in New York City, this thespian with the model-level looks began her career with stage plays and indie films before she moved across the country to make it in Hollywood. She got her start onscreen with a walk-on role in the Winona Ryder vehicle Autumn in New York (2000). Her first part of note was the role of "Maggie Del Rosario" on the series Huff (2004), which led to her recurring NCIS role. This raven-haired hottie switched to flicks and spiced up the screen in the monster movie Cloverfield (2008), the heist drama 21 (2008), the action movie Fast & Furious (2009), the comedy Table for Three (2009), the science fiction action film Repo Men (2010), the romantic comedy See You In September (2010); and multiple romantic comedies, including Crazy, Stupid, Love (2011) and Someone Marry Barry (2014). In the comedy flick The Big Bad Swim (2006), Liza gave us a peek at her itsy bits titties in a teeny weeny bikini, but that's all we've seen of her hot bod so far.
