Her debut was threefold, landing a role on the chaste TV drama Little House on the Prairie, appearing in the hooker comedy Night Shift (1982), and voicing a character in the classic animated feature The Secret of NIMH (1982). But the small screen loves dotty Doherty, and she got a part as a sexy witch on the hit series Charmed in 1998--then got ousted in 2001 for the same nasty habits. On cable Shannen truly charmed in the movie Blindfold: Acts of Obsession (1993).
