Fabulous femme Femi Taylor was born in Nigeria but made her way to the UK where she embarked on a career as an actor and dancer. Femi made her screen debut in the 1980 glam rock Bible-themed musical The Apple (1980) but didn't let us glimpse her juicy apple-shaped bottom. But the role that made her famous--and skinfamous--came three years later when she appeared as Oola the Twi’lek slave dancer in Jabba the Hut’s court in Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (1983). With her green skin, toned bod, revealing outfit, and vaguely sexual skull appendages, Oola looked out of this world! It's too bad that she met her end in the rancor pit. Femi's acting career didn't end, though. She appeared in two episodes of the British drama series Miracles Take Longer; one episode of Roll Over Beethoven, Summer Season, The Bill, Screenplay, and Desmond's; the sports comedy Playing Away (1987); the Aussie comedy A Kink in the Picasso (1990); and the R-rated rom-dram Flirting (1991). She also played Tantomile in the London stage production of Cats and made her final appearance as a screen actor in the 1998 film version. But a year before that, and 14 years after Return of the Jedi was released, Femi reprised the role of Oola in the special edition and somehow looked just as good as she did in the original. Some viewers even swear that you can see one of Femi's boobs if you pause in a particular place. Oola-la!
