There’s some Joy hidden in A.J. Cook’s name, but we figured that out when we first saw her as one of the doomed Lisbon sisters in The Virgin Suicides (1999). We almost slashed our own wrists in a rush to get our buckles undone en route to some self love, not self harm. Born Andrea Joy Cook, A.J. got her start fighting mummies on an episode of Goosebumps and appearing in television movies like Elvis Meets Nixon (1997) and The Spiral Staircase (2000). But A.J.'s career really got cooking when she starred alongside Anakin himself, Hayden Christensen in the teen boarding school drama Higher Ground. We were far from bored, more like stiff as a board, watching and jacking to Ripper: Letter from Hell (2001), in which A.J.’s boo-bies look ready to rip through her wet T-shirt. After starring in the cult comedy classic Out Cold (2001), A.J.'s future was bright when she landed the role of Kimberly Corman in Final Destination 2 (2003). A.J.'s character sees a car crash happen, only to wake up from the premonition and prevent it. But outside of a shot of her in her bra lying on a hospital bed, our future didn't seem to include much spank bank material from A.J. She starred on Tru Calling alongside Eliza Dushku for one season in 2003, before really hitting it big on Criminal Minds. A.J. has played communications liaison Jennifer "JJ" Jareu for nearly thirteen seasons. You don't have to read our minds to know we think it's criminal that A.J hasn't given us any nudity!
